OfficeThe Advisor Law Office was founded in Sochi in 2001. Since its formation, the firm’s attorneys gained vast experience in various fields of law. Our area of expertise includes corporate representation for the domestic and international companies. We advise real estate developers, contractors, we as other private businesses and public organizations, including municipal authorities.

Our attorneys take into account each matter’s individual nuances. Many of them received training in corporate finance, and worked on formation of corporations, corporate restructuring, legal and financial restructurization, risk analysis and minimization, legal due diligence, corporate dissolution, issuance of stock and corporate bonds etc. We will draft all necessary agreements for buying and/or selling real estate, sales and purchase orders, public (federal and local authorities) competitive bid process, domestic and international trade.

Several of our attorneys specialize in criminal defense, representing clients charged with tax evasion, conducting unlicensed business, money and assets laundering, and other crimes. We successfully defended clients detained and/or arrested by law enforcement authorities, as well as in criminal court.
